Additionally, Vodafone need an instrument that can provide relevant insights at all levels, from the Executive team to any team across the business.
Solution
Vodafone has accredited a team of 28 internal professionals to use PROPHET and works with selected coaches and consultants who are also accredited to apply the tool in their work.
Results
PROPHET has been deployed within key senior teams across the business to improve team effectiveness and leadership impact. It is used both remotely and in person to gather insights into how to harness diversity within teams.
